ITA Airways First Two Star Alliance Aircraft Roll Out of Hangar

ITA Airways first two aircraft showcasing the Star Alliance brand sign have rolled out of the hangar today, one Airbus A320 and one Airbus A220-300. Additional aircraft will be progressively updated with the Star Alliance brand sign in the coming months.

The introduction of the brand sign is part of ITA Airways’ ongoing efforts to meet the requirements of its joining process into Star Alliance, the world’s largest global airline alliance. The process is expected to conclude in early 2026, with ITA Airways officially becoming a full member.
