ITA Airways is returning to Business Travel Show, taking place from June 25 to 26 at the ExCeL exhibition center in London, United Kingdom.
Visitors can find ITA Airways at the Airline Pavilion, Stand AP9, where the airline will engage with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), corporate partners, and industry stakeholders to reinforce its position in the UK market and showcase its latest developments.
For the second consecutive year, ITA Airways has been nominated as a finalist for the ‘Best Short Haul Business Airline’ award at the Business Travel Awards Europe—an acknowledgment of the airline’s commitment to excellence in service and innovation.
Building on its expanding fleet and network, ITA Airways offers premium onboard products designed to enhance the business travel experience. Recent enhancements include the opening of its new premium lounge – the Runway – at Milan Linate Airport (LIN), complemented by a convenient metro connection that provides quick access to Milan’s city center, making travel seamless and efficient for business travelers.
The airline operates a robust summer schedule between Italy and the UK, with up to 50 weekly frequencies between London and its two reference airports, Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate, to meet growing business demand. The flight offer includes:
Rome Fiumicino (FCO) – London City (LCY): 12 weekly frequencies
Milan Linate (LIN) – London City (LCY): 31 weekly frequencies
Rome Fiumicino (FCO) – London Gatwick (LGW): 7 weekly frequencies (operating June through September)
These multiple daily connections ensure flexibility and convenience for business travelers, offering easy access to key UK and Italian markets. Additionally, ITA Airways provides seamless connections via Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) to key international and intercontinental destinations worldwide.
Despite strong competition at London City Airport, ITA Airways highlights its strengths in product quality, frequency—up to five flights daily on key routes—and premium service that embodies the best of Italian style and hospitality, providing a compelling choice for business travelers.
Travelers also benefit from ITA Airways’ loyalty program, Volare, designed to offer exclusive perks and rewards to frequent flyers—making each flight even more enjoyable and rewarding.
As part of its commitment to customer experience, ITA Airways launched Volare in March 2022. The program allows members to start earning points from their very first flight and provides access to a broad network of over 40 commercial partners across hospitality, mobility, and financial services.
Today, Volare boasts more than 3 million members and 15 airline partners—including Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, and Brussels Airlines—enabling mutual point accrual and redemption.
In the current summer season, ITA Airways is flying to 59 destinations, including 16 intercontinental, 27 international, and 16 domestic routes.
Seasonal summer routes will also connect Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate with popular Mediterranean destinations, such as the Balearic Islands (Ibiza, Majorca, Menorca), Greek islands (Rhodes, Heraklion, Corfu, Zakynthos, Kefalonia), and the Italian islands of Lampedusa and Pantelleria.
Starting March 30, ITA Airways passengers also benefit from connections to over 100 additional destinations – both at European level and on the intercontinental sector - through codeshare agreements with five Lufthansa Group airlines: Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, and Air Dolomiti.
Tickets for ITA Airways flights can be purchased on the official website www.ita-airways.com, through the airline’s Customer Information Assistance Office, travel agencies, and airport ticket offices.
