This February 2022, step through the doors of Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane and celebrate the month of love with a loved one in style.

Dine in Style at Amaranto

Savour time with a loved one with this Valentine’s Day and enjoy an indulgent four-course menu at Amaranto Restaurant, with grand décor and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows completing the picture.

The set menu will include a sensational seafood platter, followed by fillet of sole with truffle, leeks and potatoes finished with a champagne beurre blanc, and lamb loin with parmesan risotto.

To finish, delight in a rose and white chocolate mousse with strawberry crémeux and strawberry and rose ice cream.

The special menu will also offer a tempting vegetarian four-course fare, featuring courgette filled with pepper ragout and a grilled aubergine, leek and mushroom remoulade, celeriac soufflé with truffled velouté, and a delicious spinach pithivier.

Toast the Evening at Amaranto Bar

After an indulgent dinner, couples are invited to unwind in the atmospheric Amaranto Bar, a sophisticated and elegantly designed lounge-style bar with romantic red décor, where Bar Manager and Mixologist-extraordinaire Ivan Arena will be serving a trio of tempting Valentine’s cocktails.

Choose from the Red Passion featuring pomegranate and passion fruit infused Santa Teresa rum, Campari and chocolate bitter garnished with a chocolate heart; or the Lychee Lover made with gin, lychee liquor and fresh raspberries, topped with lemon meringue foam and rose buds.

A creative Love Potion mocktail will also be on offer made with lychee juice, rose syrup, alcohol-free champagne, and finished with a caramelised red rose garnish.

Retreat to the Hotel’s Romantic rooftop Spa

Guests are invited to enjoy a special Valentine’s Rasul & Oxygen Facial Experience for two at The Spa this February.

Set in the private Sky Suite, this luxurious couples’ rasul two-hour treatment begins with a face and body exfoliation to remove dead skin cells, followed by a mineral-rich face and body mud mask to purify and cleanse the skin, all applied at leisure in a double steam room.

Guests will then enjoy a glass of prosecco and a treat before relaxing with a rejuvenating Linda Meredith Oxygen Facial to emerge with silky soft skin to feel truly pampered. The experience includes a beauty gift to continue the Spa experience at home.
