Available daily, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, Sea Fu invites guests to ease into the day with an array of menu options, each one nourishing, bright, and balanced for a graceful yet invigorating start to the morning.

Guests can choose between three signature breakfast journeys: The Continental, with its warm pastries, fresh fruits, and eggs prepared to each guest’s preference; The American, offering familiar morning comforts of muffins, bagels, veal bacon, chicken sausage, and fluffy pancakes; or a lighter wholesome Healthy Breakfast, featuring Japanese sencha tea, detox juice, exotic chia pudding, avocado toast, and airy egg white omelettes.

Each experience is complemented by freshly brewed hot beverages and a vibrant juice of the day, completing the perfect coastal morning ritual.

For those who wish to tailor their morning further, à la carte dishes are available and elevate the experience. From Eggs Royale layered with smoked salmon and silky hollandaise to classic eggs cooked to perfection and savoury tartines, each plate reflects Sea Fu’s thoughtful approach to morning dining.

Other breakfast favourites include homemade granola, French toast, with vanilla-dipped brioche, accompanied with cinnamon apple compote and vanilla cream, and golden waffles, served with a selection of decadent accompaniments.
