As the Holy Month of Ramadan draws nearer, Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca has announced the return of its highly anticipated Ramadan Ftour, promising a cozy ambiance and an unforgettable culinary journey in the heart of the white city.
Nestled along the mesmerizing coastline of Casablanca, Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca invites guests to immerse themselves in an exquisite dining experience at its restaurant Bleu, boasting breath-taking ocean views.

The Ramadan Ftour buffet is set to dazzle guests with an array of sumptuous, sweet and savoury Moroccan delicacies, alongside a selection of international favourites, ensuring a feast for the senses.
This year, the team at Four Seasons Casablanca Hotel has proudly announced its collaboration with ILOLI, the world-renowned, top-ranked Japanese restaurant, to introduce its sushi counter within the Hotel's prestigious Bleu restaurant.

This special partnership will elevate guests' culinary experience throughout the month, offering an exceptional selection of high-quality sushi, meticulously prepared by ILOLI's expert chefs.
Whether savouring traditional Moroccan specialties or indulging in exquisite sushi creations, guests are invited to embark on a culinary journey like no other, celebrating the spirit of Ramadan in the luxurious surroundings of Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca.

Created in 2013 and located in Gauthier, Casablanca, ILOLI is the first Japanese gastronomy restaurant in Morocco. Founded by Yusuke Furukawa and Noëlle Bouayad, it was conceived as a stopover in a Japan where flavours, tradition and modernity come together for the duration of a meal.
The chef offers a menu of Japanese specialties such as sushi, tempura and ramen, as well as more creative dishes with a variety of culinary inspirations. ILOLI is one of LA LISTE's TOP 1000 restaurants worldwide, and for two consecutive years has been one of the 50 Best restaurants in the Middle East/North Africa region. It was also one of the first restaurants in Morocco to appear in the 50 Best Discoveries.
