"90's Serata al Italiana" at Bleu restaurant

Bleu restaurant invites guests to celebrate New Year’s Eve with a festive theme inspired by Italian evenings in the 90s during which antipasti, Sicilian arancini, and risotto will delight Italian cuisine lovers’ palates.

The countdown to the New Year will be celebrated with a non-alcoholic sparkling wine and a Sgroppino, a cocktail made from non-alcoholic lemon sorbet and vodka, originated from Venice.

"Truffles, Cigars, and Cheers" at Bleu restaurant

Savour the subtle notes of undergrowth, mushrooms, and nuts in a special menu featuring black truffles from the Piedmont region in Italy, specially crafted by Emilio Fernandez, Executive Chef of Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, and available only in November and December 2023.

Indulge in an Italian Spritz, a Negroni or a Pink Lady, and exquisite array of non-alcoholic drinks, artfully crafted to pair the tasting experience. And for cigar connoisseurs, Bleu bar presents a weekly rendezvous featuring a selection of limited-edition cigars available only on Fridays.
