Running now until September 2023, social hotspot Helios at Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens launches its Sunday Residence in collaboration with Barro Negro to bring guests the ultimate end-the-weekend-in-style summer every Sunday from 4:00 pm.
Born from a shared passion for all things Latin America, the collaboration showcases a selection of Barro Negro’s creative cocktails putting a modern spin on iconic Mexican spirits, as well as special drinking experiences such as a signature Margarita trolley allowing guests to build their own bespoke twist on the classic.
Alongside the Mexican beverage selection, three types of tacos – cod, pork and chicken – offer the perfect fuel after a fun-filled weekend. Chilled beats from live DJs set the sundowner scene against a backdrop of glittering views of the Saronic Gulf.
Athens’ first tequila and mezcal bar, Barro Negro is the passion project of two bartender friends, George Kavaklis and Stelios Papadopoulos, expressing their love and knowledge of Mexico and agave spirits alongside their experience in the cocktail industry.
Opened in 2019, Barro Negro Athens was soon winning awards on the global bar scene - bringing the contagious energy and authentic flavours of Mexico to Greece’s capital.
Equally energetic and playful, Helios - named after the Greek sun god – is the place to discover a fusion of Latin American flavours and laidback ambience. Zesty ceviches, tiraditos and tacos, luxurious palm-shaded lounge areas and an easy breezy sun-kissed vibe make it an ideal spot to soak up a Greek summer.
Bringing a burst of Mexican magic to the Athens Riviera, the Sunday Residence cocktails include the bar’s eponymous signature drink Barro Negro Margarita, a fragrant concoction of Tequila Blanco, Med Orange Liqueur, and Lime; the luscious Mayan's Punch with Tequila Reposado, Coffee, Lime, Passion Fruit, Tepache and Lactose, and Los Abuelos, a tongue-tingling sensation of Tequila Blanco, Mezcal, Herbal Liqueur, Olive Oil, Fennel, Lime, and Aromatic Salt.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
