Four Seasons Nile Boat Unveils Special Diwali Menu

The Nairu Restaurant, on the Four Seasons Nile Boat Ciaro, has presented a special menu curated by Nairu’s Indian Chef Mihir Majhi to celebrate this year’s glittering Diwali festivities.
This year, the Diwali set menu includes two options and is priced at EGP 550++ per guest:
Vegetarian Menu:
· Aloo Gobi - Potatoes, cauliflower, tomatoes, onions, and Indian spices
· Bindhi Do Pyaza - Okra, onions and Indian spices
· Mushroom Masala - Mushroom, curry, tomatoes, and aromatic spices
· Vegetable Biryani - Basmati rice with veggies, herbs and biryani spices
· Side Condiments - Mango chutney, garlic chutney, cucumber raita, and roti flatbread
· Dessert - Saffron cashew nut rice pudding, mango lassi, and pistachio kulfi
· Chai Masala - Tea, milk, aromatic spices and herbs
Non-Vegetarian Menu:
· Chicken Makhani - Butter chicken, spiced tomato and cream sauce
· Shrimp Tikka - Shrimp marinated in yogurt and spices
· Aloo Gobi - Potatoes, cauliflower, tomatoes, onions, and Indian spices
· Saffron Rice
· Side Condiments - Mango chutney, garlic chutney, cucumber raita, and roti flatbread
· Dessert - Saffron cashew nut rice pudding, mango lassi, and pistachio kulfi
· Chai Masala - Tea, milk, aromatic spices and herbs
Upon entering Nairu restaurant, guests can enjoy a beautiful artistic kolam display using colourful rice in beautiful geometrical lines to celebrate the Diwali festival.
The Diwali menu is served on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Nairu Restaurant on the Four Seasons Nile Boat by Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence.
