Four Seasons London Offers Negroni Tasting with LRF


This autumn, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane has teamed up with the London Restaurant Festival to offer visitors a unique Negroni and canapé tasting.


Bar Manager Ivan Arena and his team of expert mixologists at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane will host this special evening, featuring five carefully crafted Negroni cocktails paired with canapés on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 6:30 pm in the Hotel’s stylish Amaranto Bar.


Served from Ivan’s custom Negroni Trolley – made from an oversized vintage suitcase – guests will be guided through each cocktail, some of which have been designed especially for the London Restaurant Festival. Showcasing Ivan’s love of iconic classics mixed with fresh twists, the team will also explain the history, inspiration and ingredients behind each Negroni.


Guests will be greeted with a welcome Americano cocktail, which inspired the Negroni, before trying a signature Negroni followed by The British, a lighter version of the classic made with British blueberries, Sipsmith Sloe and dry gin, blended red vermouths and Aperol.


Guests will also enjoy La Contessa, a champagne-based Negroni featuring raspberry-infused gin before tasting the innovative Cold Brew Espresso Negroni, which mixes Diplomático rum with Campari, Noilly Prat vermouth, Pedro Ximenez, and cold brewed coffee infused with cardamom. Each cocktail will be paired with delicious canapés, designed to complement and enhance the flavours within the glass.
