Four Seasons Hotel London Launches Des Chocolats Pop-Up

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is partnering with Alléno & Rivoire, Chef Yannick Alléno’s chocolat boutique in Paris, on a Des Chocolats pop-up from April 1 to 9, 2023.

This marks the beginning of the countdown to the multi-Michelin-starred French Chef's opening of his new restaurant Pavyllon London at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane in early summer 2023.

Chocolat Alléno & Rivoire is renowned for its uncommon and naturally sugar-free chocolate, crafted by Yannick Alléno and his Pastry Chef Aurélien Rivoire, utilising Alléno’s meticulously-researched technique of extraction. Three delicious sugar-free options will be available to purchase from the pop-up shop:

• The Triple Egg Assortment - A selection of three eggs to share this Easter, including a Milk Chocolate and Hazelnut Egg, an intense Dark Chocolate, Praline and Pecan Egg and a Milk Chocolate and Puffed Rice Egg.

• The Chef's Signature Chocolate Sticks - Elegant chocolate sticks that comprise of soft pralines with an irresistible crunch, coated in a thin layer of chocolate. Each box features six flavours: salted pistachio, citrus hazelnut, roasted peanut, roasted coconut, black sesame, cocoa shell.

• The Best Selling Vanilla Bean - The Alléno & Rivoire best-seller in Paris, the Tahitian Vanilla Bean chocolates each contain the equivalent of a real vanilla pod, transformed into vanilla caviar and wrapped in a thin chocolate shell.

Yannick Alléno is one of the most Michelin-starred chefs in the world, and in early summer 2023 he will launch Pavyllon London, set within the acclaimed Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane.

The new restaurant will bring Chef Yannick’s refined neighbourhood dining style to London, offering a British expression of his signature modern French dishes within one of Mayfair’s most prestigious addresses.

The pop-up will run from April 1-9, 2023 and prices start from GBP 16.
