Four Seasons Dubai Welcomes Easter with Gourmet Brunch

This Easter, the lively gourmet eatery Mina Brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai DIFC will be transformed into a family affair, with gorgeous food and heart-warming activities.

On Sunday, April 9, 2023, the whole family can spend the day basking in cozy interiors with international favourites, while the little ones unleash their creativity at an egg decorating station, alongside a face-painting artist. The feast will feature a display of starters, including lavish Gillardeau oysters and meticulously prepared salads and antipasti.

Brunch lovers can expect tableside flair with a New York striploin trolley making the rounds. The mains, which will be served to the table, feature Mina Brasserie’s signatures including the crab spaghetti, Norwegian salmon and wagyu burger among other masterpieces.

A mouth-watering dessert display will end the feast, with delicacies including the Easter Bunny’s pastry of choice – the cinnamon carrot cake - and for a final treat that anyone with a sweet tooth would appreciate, a show-stopping ice cream trolley will leave quite the impression.
