Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has unveiled EARTH Afternoon Tea at Penrose Lounge, an inspired culinary journey that honours the richness and rhythm of the natural world.
Launching on September 12, 2025, this afternoon tea embraces authenticity, sustainability, and artistry, inviting guests to slow down and savour nature’s bounty in the heart of DIFC.
Created with seasonal, sustainable ingredients and free from artificial flavours or colours, EARTH Afternoon Tea is a tribute to the beauty and abundance of nature. Each element of the experience has been designed to reflect growth, balance, and harmony.
Guests will be served on a bespoke white marble base stand topped with gold-coloured branches and leaves.
The menu draws directly from the earth, showcasing roots, herbs, mushrooms, fruits, and grains reimagined into refined savouries and delicate pastries.
Standout flavours include the earthy depth of cassava, truffle and mushroom, balanced with the vibrant acidity of yuzu, mandarin and kalamansi. Rare wild pistachios, organic matcha, and edible flowers add elegance and texture, while French sugar-free chocolate and seasonal berries provide a touch of indulgence.
Guests can enjoy four artisanal savouries paired with three delicate sandwiches, two flavours of scones and two madeleines are served alongside homemade jams and rich cream.
To conclude, a bespoke chocolate box is presented, complete with a signature chocolate bar engraved with Four Seasons Dubai International Financial Centre building and a personal note from Executive Chef Rami Nasser.
This sensory journey is paired with a choice of premium tea, coffee, or bubbles, creating the perfect balance.
Availability: Starting September 12, 2025, served daily from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Pricing: AED 290 for two with tea or coffee; AED 325 for two with bubbles
