Four Seasons Hotel DIFC Dubai Launches 'Exquisite'

Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre, in partnership with Brand Management Holdings, has launched Exquisite, a Friday dining experience at the highly coveted Mina Brasserie.

The luxurious affair features a non-compromising selection of Mina Brasserie’s finest dishes and off-menu specials. Guests can indulge in a variety of appetizers and mains, including the delicious seared foie gras starter and Chef Michael Mina’s signature lobster pot pie.

Mixology lovers will enjoy every sip with cocktails such as Starry Night and Banksy’s Dream inspired by history’s art masterpieces.

Set within the art-studded interiors of the restaurant and its welcoming air-conditioned terrace, a happening ambiance awaits diners. Complemented by the distinguished level of service and craftsmanship Four Seasons is known for, Exquisite is an experience worthy of planning one's week around.

Every dish on the menu is designed with sophistication and an artistic take on presentation. A gleaming bed of caviar is elegantly perched atop the succulent steak tartare and eye-grabbing bursts of yellow greet the eye from the atypical mango dessert.

There are plenty of Instagrammable moments on the menu, extending to the drinks selection. Guests can watch as a beverage version of Banksy’s Girl with Balloon is engulfed by a ball of aromatic smoke. Once it clears, a mixology masterpiece is revealed and ready to be sipped.

Tables at Exquisite and Mina Brasserie are available to book from today, and will run every Friday from 1:00 to 4:00 pm beginning May 21, 2021. Prices start from AED 750 per person.
