Four Seasons Hotel Cairo Creates Wellbeing Journey

In celebration of Global Wellness Day, Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza has created a full day journey of wellbeing to rejuvenate physical and mental health.

Director of Spa Michael Angelo and his team have put together a tailored program of health and fitness activities on Saturday, June 11, 2022 devoted to nourish and restore the mind and body.

Aqua Gym: 10:00 – 10:45 am

It’s time to cool off from the Cairo summer in The Spa's energizing indoor pool while having a dedicated fitness session with the Hotel’s instructor Ghadeer ElGhannam.

The 45-minute aqua class offers a balance of strength and cardio workouts mixed with the astounding benefits of water that enhances blood flow, decreases blood pressure and elevates stress - an excellent way to burn calories in an engaging way.

Fitness Assessment: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm

The Hotel’s fitness professionals will help guests assess their fitness levels through a series of tests and questions. This assessment can help guests fully understand their workout needs and plan a better balanced and empowering workout scheme that combines strength, conditioning, and cardio that suits their needs.

Back Massage: 2:30 – 3:30 pm

To tune into the sweetness of relaxation, guests will enjoy a quick complimentary 5-minute chair back massage to soothe those aching muscles and rub all the guests’ problems away.

Nutrition Talk: 5:00 – 5:30 pm

Because good nutrition is key to a healthy body, mind and lifestyle, The Spa incorporates that into its well-thought wellness day journey to provide guests the opportunity to get practical nutritional advice from a certified sport nutrition expert.

Sunset Stretching: 6:00 – 6:45 pm

What better way to end this wellness day journey than a Sunset Stretching class, to increase flexibility, improve posture, reduce stress, body aches and more? This quick session will strengthen and stabilize the core body, the perfect relaxing ending for a well-spent healthy day.
