Flight Cancellation: Dana Air Apologizes, Promises to Return to Full Capacity


Nigeria's Dana Air has apologized to its esteemed customers who have been affected by the recent flight cancellations they experienced due to reduced capacity.


In a statement signed by its management, the airline said "We wish to apologize to our guests for the cancellation of some of our flights recently due to reduced capacity."


"While we are making efforts to get back to the full strength of our schedule, we have made necessary arrangements to re-protect some of the affected passengers on other airlines, while others will be rescheduled to their preferred future flights at no extra cost."


"At Dana Air, the safety of our guests remains the first consideration in all facets of our operations and we do sincerely regret all the inconveniences these cancellations might cause. 


We thank you once again for choosing to fly with us." the statement said.

Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
