Ethiopian Airlines, Africa’s leading carrier, has received multiple prestigious awards at the African Airlines Association (AFRAA) 57th Annual General Assembly held in Luanda, Angola.
These Award reaffirm the airline’s leadership, resilience, and outstanding contribution to the advancement of African aviation.
Ethiopian Airlines took the awards for:
Airline of the Year for Best Profitability Global Operations for the Year 2024.
Airline of the Year for Best Improved in Intra Africa Connectivity for the Year 2024.
Outstanding Service Award for significant contribution to the African Aviation Industry for the year 2024.
Distinguished Service Award in recognition of Ethiopian Airlines’ support as a pioneer airline in the Free Route Airspace Project in Africa, thereby making a significant contribution to the advancement of African aviation.
Commenting on the Awards, Mr. Mesfin Tasew, Ethiopian Airlines Group CEO, stated: “These awards are a testament to Ethiopian Airlines’ core Pan-African values and the unwavering dedication of our entire team.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
