Starting in November, the weather gets colder, so at Four Seasons Alexandria, the Hotel shifts gears too and changes from being a resort with outdoor activities to a city getaway.

With a broad choice of restaurants, guests are welcome to explore various culinary experiences and engage their senses the whole time to create memorable moments.

Stefano's restaurant is back this season with Chef Alessio Pizalis. Born and raised in Sardinia, Alessio creates his recipes inspired by the elements of this beautiful Italian island to keep guests’ imagination wandering at every bite.

At Byblos restaurant, the Middle Eastern flavours boost like a carnival. With its strong spices such as saffron, zaatar, sumac or pomegranate molasses, the menu conveys the story of Chef Essam Arabu - the creative mind behind it.

Kala restaurant, meaning “good” in Greek, with its design inspired by the sea tone in blue and white, reflects a soothing energy from first sight. At Kala, Chef Wael Essam, a seafood lover, creates dishes that deliver the freshest taste of the sea.

• Levantine Reimagined at Byblos Restaurant - Wednesdays with live Arabic singer from 8:00 until 11:00 pm at EGP 760

• Taste of the Sea at Kala Restaurant - Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays, seafood specialty with a la carte menu from 6:00 until 11:00 pm

• Friday Brunch at Kala Restaurant - From 3:00 until 7:00 pm at EGP 895 with live entertainment and a kid's corner.
