This November, Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, a luxury hotel in the heart of Giza, is inviting guests to embark on a culinary voyage across the Mediterranean at Zoé Restaurant. Located aboard the First Nile Boat, the city’s premier floating dining destination moored along the west bank of the Nile and steps away from the hotel.
Each week from Thursday to Saturday, Zoé celebrates a different corner of the Mediterranean, presenting a vibrant selection of tapas and mezze inspired by the coastal cuisines of Greece, Turkey, Spain, and Italy.

From tender Greek octopus and delicate spinach pies to Turkish halloumi, creamy hummus, Spanish patatas bravas, mussels, and Italian favourites such as caprese and eggplant Parmesan, every week offers a newly curated collection of flavours designed to transport diners straight to the sun-drenched shores of the Mediterranean.
At the helm is Chef de Cuisine Marios Papadopoulos, whose Greek heritage and passion for Mediterranean flavours bring authenticity and artistry to every plate. “I love crafting experiences that celebrate the spirit of the Mediterranean, colourful, vibrant, and full of life,” says Chef Marios.

With the Nile glistening on the side and the warmth of Mediterranean hospitality surrounds, each evening at Zoé promises to be an unforgettable feast for all the senses.

Wow! Stunning! Hilton seems to be taking Africa by storm. Just a couple of years back, they opened the first ever in Eswatini.
Wonderful event and topics discussed, hopefully we see the manifestations in our African airline businesses in the nearest future. Kudos to you all.

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review about ethiopian airlines in your post. I am an avid traveller and keep reading flight reviews to assess the options available. Your review particularly drew my attention because you have shared so many pictures to capture every aspect of the flight experience. It is a very nice effort.
