With the weather gradually becoming cooler, al fresco dining is quickly becoming the order of business at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island.

The inviting destination is set to welcome back its iconic Eclipse Terrace Lounge, unveiling an entirely new concept that promises to make it one of the most dynamic culinary destinations in the capital.

Set against the glittering backdrop of the Abu Dhabi skyline, the lounge has been transformed into a vibrant hub of flavour and energy, presenting a modern and elevated take on traditional Mexican street food.

Perched on the third floor of the hotel, the refreshed Eclipse Terrace Lounge blends authentic Mexican flavours with contemporary flair, serving up bold dishes crafted with fine-dining artistry.

Guests can expect a refined yet lively atmosphere complete with panoramic views, an innovative cocktail list, and immersive entertainment, creating the perfect backdrop for evenings that seamlessly combine relaxation and celebration.

At the heart of the relaunch is Executive Chef Christian Buenrostro, whose fine-dining sensibility adds to the casual vibrancy of Mexican street cuisine. A champion of both quality and creativity, Chef Christian transforms familiar favourites into extraordinary dining experiences, redefining how Mexican food is enjoyed in Abu Dhabi. With themed nights, curated cocktails, and activations, Eclipse will showcase a culinary journey that honours tradition while boldly pushing boundaries.

The new menu highlights a variety of elevated street food classics designed to surprise and delight. Guests can start with aguachile de camarones, prawns delicately cured in chilli-lime juice and finished with cucumber, onion, and coriander.

For tacos, the choices are abundant, including taco al pastor de pollo with anato-marinated chicken, grilled pineapple, and serrano chilli sauce, and the indulgent taco de carne asada, featuring grilled Black Angus ribeye with fresh lime and salsa molcajete.

For seafood lovers, the tacos de bacalo capeado offer crispy cod layered with smoked chilli mayo, cucumber, and radish for a refreshing crunch.

To end on a sweet note, Eclipse features traditional favourites with a modern touch. The flan de elote, a creamy corn flan with salted caramel, is a nostalgic treat, while the airy tres leches cake, soaked in three kinds of milk, rounds out the experience with decadent indulgence.
