• More Flexibility: The Unused Ticket Transfer program enables corporate customers to transfer eligible unused tickets from corporate travelers directly to a company's corporate spend account, enhancing flexibility and control of funds. 

• Greater Personalization: The enhanced Data & Reporting Snapshot delivers customized, rotating metrics directly to corporate customers' inboxes, ensuring they have access to relevant information. 

• On-Demand Support: Once available exclusively to travel agents, the Corporate Solutions team, powered by Global Sales Solutions (GSS), now offers direct, 24/7 support to corporate travel managers for urgent and escalated issues, acting as an extension of the best-in-class Delta Business account management team.
