SMART TV PERSONALIZATION WITH DELTA SYNC UNLOCKED BY SKYMILES MEMBERSHIP
First announced at CES 2023, Delta’s new seatback screen platform is now being tested onboard select Airbus A321ceo aircraft, with additional aircraft coming online soon. The new experience aims to change how customer loyalty and in-flight experience work together to the benefit of the customer.
SkyMiles Members will enjoy a refreshed look and feel, smart TV features and best-in-class content, technology that remembers where you left off on a movie, a list of their favorite movies and series, and much more. All features designed to feel like streaming services customers have used at home.
Authentication follows a familiar process. Customers simply follow the two-step prompt on their seatback screen to connect their SkyMiles account to the personalized experience using the Fly Delta app.
Delta’s Airbus A321ceo fleet will be the first to support the new seatback screen software, growing from a small number of aircraft with the platform onboard to the entire fleet type by the end of the year.
