Nestled on the scenic banks of the Nile aboard the First Nile Boat by Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, Zoé has unveiled a new elevated Egyptian menu. An artfully curated celebration of Egypt’s rich culinary heritage.

Presented through two set menu experiences, the launch invites guests on a flavourful journey that reimagines beloved traditional dishes with nostalgia.

Guided by the soulful vision of Executive Sous Chef Helmy Mohamed, Zoé’s new menu is a poetic journey through Egypt’s culinary past, where timeless dishes are lovingly reinterpreted with finesse, local seasonal ingredients, and craftsmanship.

“Food is the heart of Egyptian culture, full of warmth, history, and deep meaning,” says Executive Sous Chef Helmy. “This menu is an invitation for guests to embark on a sensory journey that honours the local culture, while surrounded by the serene beauty of the Nile,” confirms, Chef Helmy.

The two thoughtfully curated set menus showcase a harmonious journey through Egypt’s culinary treasures. From comforting starters like the velvet Lentil Soup and aromatic Spiced Tahini, to soulful main courses featuring the iconic Mulukiyah and the richly celebrated Egyptian Fatteh.

The culinary journey concludes with signature Egyptian desserts, featuring the silky Rice Pudding accompanied by vanilla ice cream and the indulgent Date Kunafa filled with rich pastry cream.

Located on the luxurious First Nile Boat, Zoé offers guests a relaxed yet elegant ambiance with panoramic Nile views – the perfect setting to savour the essence of Egypt.
