This fall, Four Seasons Resort Marrakech is unveiling a tribute to the Bahja, the indelible, joyful spirit woven into the very fabric of Marrakech. Culinary Craftsmanship: A Taste of the Season

Starting in November, the season's richness graces the Resort’s menus. Executive Pastry Chef Anouar Ait Abdelali at Inara Lounge and Restaurant presents citrus-inspired desserts and a signature Moroccan Majhoul Date Pastilla, a decadent treat featuring the world-renowned dates that originate from the Oases of Tafilalet in Morocco.

Seasonal dishes by Executive Chef Roberto Dal Seno highlight organic olives cultivated in the resort’s own garden alongside fragrant, orange-infused recipes. Mixologists, meanwhile, craft signature cocktails drawing inspiration from the local harvest, the Resort's lush botanicals, and a deep, respectful connection to the land.

A Tribute to Connection and Kindness

The celebration culminates on November 13, 2025, marking Kindness Day with a heartfelt photo exhibition. The display traces the history of smiles, portraits, and photography in Morocco, a timeless tribute to human connection and the ever-present Bahja.

To further honour the spirit of giving, a special cake will take centre stage during the day. Crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Anouar Ait Abdelali, this unique creation is infused with the rich and complex flavours of chocolate, dates, and orange.

All proceeds from its sale will directly support a local organization dedicated to preserving Marrakech’s iconic trees, embodying the values of stewardship and kindness inherent in the Bahja.
