Spend the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in the outdoors and enjoy vistas of the Hotel’s scenic pool while enjoying a Shami dining experience with a selection of mezzes, from hummus with tahini topped with minced meat and pine nuts, to grilled aubergine salad, hot appetisers such as fresh grilled halloumi, kebbeh of minced lamb and beef with mint and thyme manakeesh freshly baked out of the oven, a selection of grilled meats and other delicious Shami-inspired main courses and desserts.

Say Olá to ’21 with a Brazilian Culinary Carnival on the Nile

Brazilian Chef Guilherme Reis will ring in the New Year with a special Brazilian churascarria menu served with family-style salads, hot and cold appetisers followed by eight cuts of the best of grilled meats and South American desserts such as the Brazilian home-made condensed milk flan and grilled pineapple caramelised with sugar and cinnamon.
