Every Sunday, the Sunday Brunch becomes a convivial celebration: a gourmet interlude served in a bright setting, animated by live performances and a selection of refined dishes with seasonal accents.

In the afternoon, the terraces of the Bar Atlantique and the Sunset Terrace become the ideal places to enjoy a cocktail facing the Atlantic, lulled by a live DJ set until sunset. In the evening, the atmosphere rises to a new level at the Laila Lounge, which hosts exclusive summer evenings combining music, creative mixology and sophisticated urban atmosphere.

On the culinary side, the establishment unveils the new menu of the restaurant Verdello, signed by the Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri.

Inspired by the Mediterranean and enhanced by quality local products, the menu reflects a subtle balance between Italian tradition and Moroccan terroir. Highlights include Linguine with Lobster from Agadir, Atlas Trout sautéed with lemon and capers, or an Acquerello Risotto with asparagus, peas and black olives.

The 100% Italian Tiramisu, a tribute to the Chef’s culinary heritage, subtly concludes the meal on a sweet and generous note.

Designed as a living space open to all, the hotel also offers a special summer offer for families, inviting parents and children to enjoy a unique relaxing experience. Guests can stay in one of the historic buildings on the property, a carefully restored former military hospital that blends architectural heritage and contemporary comfort.

The wellness experience is not to be outdone. As a preview, the hotel offers a glimpse of its future Spa, including the opening of its indoor pool, an elegant space designed for relaxation. While waiting for the full inauguration, the Pool Day experience allows visitors to enjoy access to the pool, accompanied by a meal credit, for a relaxing day at the water’s edge.
