Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square will offer guests heartwarming ways to celebrate Mother’s Day this month.

Pamper her with a curated menu at two-Michelin-starred La Dame de Pic London, spoil her with an authentic Chinese and Japanese feast at Mei Ume London, or treat her like a Royal over an indulgent afternoon tea.

Indulge the “Queen of Spades”

La Dame de Pic London, the two Michelin-starred restaurant by the world's most decorated female chef, Anne-Sophie Pic, will celebrate Mother’s Day with a special six course tasting menu available for lunch only.

Adding glamour to the celebration, guests can opt for a family portrait illustrated by watercolour artist Jo Bird, one sketch available per table.

Mother’s Day lunch menu will begin with Cornish Mackerel, served in two ways with Douglas Fir, Lactic Vinaigrette and Brassica Ribbons, complemented with Daurenki Caviar with the second course, an Anne-Sophie Pic signature, delicate pasta parcels are filled with Baron Bigod atop watercress and ground ivy coulis, smoked pine oil, elevated with seasonal truffles.

The third course, Scottish Lobster, is cooked over embers with Hōjicha, served with Monk’s Beard and Pomelo Hirado. Main course of the day is Salt Marsh Lamb, marinated in Kombu and fig leaf, served with Tsukudani and celtuce tartelette.

Ending the experience will be Saint-Jude, served with confit pear chutney, calvados, and sumac, and dessert in the form of Yorkshire Rhubarb infused with yellow Bourbon coffee, riz-au-lait with Plymouth gin caramel.

Mother’s Day tasting lunch menu is available on March 19, 2023 from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm at GBP 250 per person. Journey and Voyage tasting menus are also be available on Mother’s Day.
