Brussels Airlines Returns to Conakry and Ouagadougou

After two years of absence in the markets, Brussels Airlines is returning to Conakry, the capital of Guinea, and Ouagadougou, the capital city of Burkina Faso. The two destinations welcomed Brussels Airlines first flight today from Brussels.

Brussels Airlines will operate flights between Brussels and Ouagadougou and Brussels and Conakry three times a week using an Airbus A330 aircraft.

The flight schedule has been timed to offer an early arrival in Brussels, offering passengers connection options to the entire Brussels Airlines network in Europe and the US.

Burkina Faso, “Country of Honest People” is located in West Africa, in the Sahel area, with a total population of 20 million. The capital Ouagadougou, often referred to as “Ouaga”, counts 3 million inhabitants. Burkina Faso is renowned internationally and in Africa for its cultural life.

Conakry is located at the coast of Guinea in West-Africa. It has a population of 3,5 million while the country counts a total of about 13 million inhabitants.

Brussels Airlines started flying to Conakry for the first time in 2002, the same year the airline was born.

Brussels Airlines is the national carrier of Belgium and one of the four airlines in the Lufthansa Group. With a fleet of 41 aircraft, it operates to over 85 destinations, 17 of which are in Sub Saharan Africa.

Wow! Stunning! Hilton seems to be taking Africa by storm. Just a couple of years back, they opened the first ever in Eswatini.

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review about ethiopian airlines in your post. I am an avid traveller and keep reading flight reviews to assess the options available. Your review particularly drew my attention because you have shared so many pictures to capture every aspect of the flight experience. It is a very nice effort.

I am really tempted to book the next ethiopian airlines ticket and relive your journey. The pictures shared with the post also reflect that you truly enjoyed the travel. Great post! I also like the fact that you have covered nuances about the food and entertainment service through the pictures. It helps people know what to expect on their travel by this airline.
