Al Khoory Hotels is relaunching one of its popular eateries, Spices Restaurant in Dubai, with a brand-new curated menu dedicated to authentic Indian dishes.
The restaurant will offer a range of dishes to whet the appetite, from famous Indian delicacies, including sweet and savoury street snacks, to aromatic curries and dum biryanis to create a true sense of India.
The new menu will highlight the regional diversity of cuisine from India, with dishes including Murgh Malai Tikka, Awadhi Murgh Biriyani, Bharwa Khumb, and delectable chaat such as Dahi Batata Puri from the North, and a range of spicy main courses centred around rice or rice-based dishes representative of the South. All dishes are made from traditional recipes.
The menu will also cater to vegetarian and gluten-free guests and provide a selection of traditional drinks such as lassi, chaas and chai combined with modern classics such as mojitos, shakes and healthy beverages.
In addition to the new menu, the restaurant interiors will be vibrantly decorated to create a traditional Indian atmosphere, utilising warm and bright colours to capture India’s true essence.
Spices Restaurant has captured the imagination of guests staying at the Atrium Hotel and those visiting to experience the traditional flavours it serves. To meet this growing demand, it has launched a new menu to ensure the primary focus is on spice and delivering authentic, mouth-watering Indian recipes that have seen a surge in popularity from guests.
The restaurant's experienced team pride itself on offering fantastic service and a welcome with a smile. They also have an in-depth understanding of the menu, enabling them to provide recommendations and direction based on the guests’ taste. There are a total of three Spices Restaurants, including Al Khoory’s Courtyard and Sky Gardens Hotels.

Wow! Stunning! Hilton seems to be taking Africa by storm. Just a couple of years back, they opened the first ever in Eswatini.
Wonderful event and topics discussed, hopefully we see the manifestations in our African airline businesses in the nearest future. Kudos to you all.
