The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has successfully resolved a dispute between Nigerian airline operator, Air Peace, and the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NAHCO).

The Director-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Capt. Chris Najomo, convened a meeting with representatives of both Air Peace and NAHCO at the Aviation House in Lagos on Thursday, 9th April, 2026.

The meeting addressed the issue of damage to Air Peace aircraft parts allegedly caused by NAHCO personnel, and secured the commitment of both parties to a mutually beneficial working relationship, and continued collaboration in the interest of aviation safety.

In her remarks, the NCAA Director of Legal Services and Company Secretary, Barr. (Mrs) Mary Tufano-Eche, commended the representatives of Air Peace and NAHCO for their sincerity, cooperation, and willingness to resolve their differences amicably.
