In October 2025, Air France will partner for the first time with the great French pastry chef Yann Couvreur to create unique desserts to be enjoyed in the long-haul Business cabin. A new, gourmet and refined way to continue to spread French pastry excellence around the world.

Yann Couvreur has created five exclusive sweet creations for the airline's Business customers. Crispy biscuit desserts, ganache, and intense dark chocolate mousse, or crispy biscuit desserts, almond mousse, and pear confit are among the recipes developed by the chef, illustrating his commitment to the simple, seasonal products he loves to work with.

Yann Couvreur was inspired by the very essence of great French pastry: the sincerity of taste and the precision of the ingredients. He shares his desire to "take French regional products on a journey and to introduce his creations with high standards to Air France customers."

Gradually unveiled over the next six months, these delicacies can now be found on the menu on board all of the company's long-haul flights departing from Paris.

In the long-haul Business cabin, since 2023, Air France has entrusted the creation of its desserts to an exceptional French chef, the final touch to a high-flying culinary experience. An ambassador of French gastronomy, the airline welcomes Yann Couvreur to its team of chefs to continue delighting its customers during the flight.

Born in Paris, Chef Yann Couvreur began his pastry career with an internship at the family business. His dedication led him to work in iconic venues such as the Trianon Palace in Versailles, where he was highly regarded by Michelin-starred chef Alain Dutournier.
