Air France has opened a new premium lounge at London Heathrow Airport's Terminal 4, marking the airline's first dedicated lounge at the airport. Officially opened on 7 July 2026, the 750-square-metre facility offers nearly 150 seats in a stylish setting inspired by French elegance and hospitality.
Open daily from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., the lounge welcomes Air France La Première, Business and Flying Blue Elite Plus customers, as well as eligible passengers travelling with KLM and SkyTeam partner airlines.

Designed by Air France in collaboration with MARKS Brandimage, the lounge features panoramic runway views, contemporary French furnishings and the airline's signature blue, white and red colour palette, creating a calm and sophisticated atmosphere.
The French Art of Hospitality
At the heart of the lounge is a spacious dining area serving a selection of French-inspired cuisine, including hot and cold meals, desserts and vegetarian options that change throughout the day. Guests can also enjoy champagne, French wines and spirits at a dedicated bar staffed by a bartender.
In line with its sustainability goals, Air France uses locally sourced seasonal ingredients where possible, while also focusing on reducing food waste, recycling and limiting single-use plastics through water refill stations.
A Clarins Treatment Area, in Partnership with Air France
The lounge includes a Clarins wellness area, continuing the long-standing partnership between the two brands. Guests can enjoy one complimentary treatment from three options, including Anti Jet-Lag, L'Instant Detox and Focus Regard, all designed to promote relaxation and wellbeing.

The treatment area opens on 13 July 2026, Monday to Friday, with bookings available at the lounge. La Première customers can also reserve treatments through their dedicated concierge service.
A Dedicated Space for La Première Customers
La Première travellers have access to an exclusive private area inspired by the airline's flagship first-class suites. The space offers five seats with runway views, personalised dining service and access to an exclusive Destination Relaxation treatment at the Clarins spa.
A Flying Blue Ultimate Exclusive
Flying Blue Ultimate members also benefit from a private lounge area featuring four comfortable seats, offering a quiet and exclusive space while remaining close to the lounge's amenities.

All the Essentials of Air France Lounges
The lounge also provides comfortable seating for work or relaxation, a quiet zone, dedicated workspaces, complimentary Wi-Fi, charging points, self-service eligibility kiosks and access to French and international digital newspapers through the Air France Press app.
This summer, Air France is operating up to six daily flights between London Heathrow and Paris-Charles de Gaulle, offering convenient connections to destinations across its global network.
