Air Asia X Set to Launch First Scheduled Service to Africa

AirAsia X is set to expand its operations into the African market with the planned launch of nonstop service between Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and Nairobi in Kenya. The inaugural flight will be operated on 15 November, 2024.
According to airline routes, the new service will operate 4 times a week using an Airbus A330-300 aircraft. Reservations for this route will be available soon.
Flight D7101 will leave Kuala Lumpur at 1900 and arrive Nairobi at 2300. Flight D7102 will leave Nairobi at 0030 and land in Kuala Lumpur at 1510. All times are local.
AirAsia X is a low-cost airline based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was established in 2006 and underwent a comprehensive rebranding in 2007. The airline currently operates a fleet of 18 A330-300 aircraft.
