Africa World Airlines Increases Frequencies on Domestic Routes



Due to increase in travel demand, Africa World Airlines (AWA) has increased flight frequencies across its domestic network in Ghana.


From 3 November, 2020, AWA will operate up to 9 daily flights between Kotoka International Airport Accra and Kumasi International Airport in the southern region of Ghana.


The airline will also fly up to 5 times daily between Accra and Tamale in the northern region, as well as up to 3 times daily between Accra and Takoradi in the western region of Ghana.

From its hub in Accra, Africa World Airlines flies to four cities in Ghana including Kumasi, Tamale, Takoradi, and Wa. It also flies regionally to Lagos and Abuja in Nigeria, Monrovia in Liberia as well as Freetown in Sierra Leone.
