Accor is expanding its footprint in Africa, with the signing of a twofold project: a Novotel hotel and the first Novotel Living in Africa, both located in Conakry, Guinea.
Accor will open the two properties in collaboration with KAKANDE-IMMO, a real estate subsidiary of GUICOPRES Group.

Novotel Living has been designed to meet the expectations of modern and discerning guests looking for long-term accommodation. It will feature 80 rooms and 2-room apartments, luxury boutiques, a food shop, a panoramic restaurant, fitness & Spa facilities and private residential lofts.
The Novotel Conakry will feature 120 rooms with a prime beachfront location with shops located around the hotel. It will also offer a rooftop lounge, a swimming pool, fitness & Spa facilities, and International Conference Centre, with rooms for meetings.
