Main courses include Egyptian delicacies such as stuffed pigeon with freekeh, fattah kaware, muammar rice with meat, sayadieh fish, Levantine and regional specialties such as meat maqluba, calamari tajine and lamb kabsa.

Ramadan is not complete without the infamous dessert variety, including maamoul, basbousa, konafa with cream and pistachios, konafa with fresh peaches, freshly prepared zalabia and a selection of freshly prepared qatayef.

You can also personalise the dining experience and choose from four set menus each including a soup, cold and hot mezze selection, tajines, main course and a selection of Ramadan desserts and fresh fruit all priced for EGP 550 + per person (minimum order for four guests).
