COVID-19: Delta Expands Measures to Protect Staff and Customers


As the world continues to face travel bans as the global COVID-19 pandemic rage on, Delta has introduced more measures to protect customers and staff from the deadly virus.

From today, 4 May, the airline’s employees and customers will experience an extra layer of protection as they are now required to wear a face mask or appropriate face covering when flying.

Face coverings will be required starting in the check-in lobby and across Delta touchpoints including Delta Sky Clubs, boarding gate areas, jet bridges and on board the aircraft for the duration of the flight – except during meal service.

The use of face masks is also strongly encouraged in high-traffic areas including security lines and restrooms. People unable to keep a face covering in place, including children, are exempt.

This action is one more way Delta is working to protect its people and customers, as well as doing its part in the broader community to help slow and stop the spread of the virus.

Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
