TAP fully converts the amount spent on the ticket into a non-refundable voucher valid for one year, that can be used on a future flight of their choice. Alternatively, Customers can change their bookings for flights beginning until May 31st by scheduling a new flight - to any destination - for a date until December 31, 2020.
