Four Seasons London Launches Ultimate Weekend Brunch

Following the success of Sunday Brunch launched in spring 2019, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane has introduced the ultimate Weekend Brunch.

Guests can now indulge in sumptuous brunch favourites and Italian-inspired plates on both Saturdays and Sundays in the heart of Mayfair.

Each weekend between 12:00 noon to 3:30 pm, the Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane comes alive with the melodic sounds of a live singer and guitarist to create a relaxed yet lively ambiance. The kitchen team cooks up a brunch feast using the finest ingredients to create a culinary journey perfect for sharing and indulging with loved ones.

Guest can choose from a selection of fresh seafood plates such as the decadent Seafood Tower, classic egg dishes, light salads and richer Italian plates. The interactive live station showcases a fresh display of seasonal dishes and provides diners with yet more options to be enjoyed at their leisure throughout the afternoon.

Brunch highlights include eggs a la Russe with Maldon-cured smoked salmon, caviar and mousseline sauce; vegetarian and gluten-free linguine alla Bolognese; and the now-famous meatballs with roasted tomato sauce della Nonna Rossi.

Mouth-watering savoury dishes are followed by an inviting display of the finest desserts crafted by the talented pastry team. Guests can choose from an international selection of elevated pastries such as delicate French raspberry millefuille and cherau cake, popular Italian tiramisu and indulgent lemon meringue pie.

Paired with free-flowing Ruinart champagne to perfectly compliment the menu’s mouth-watering sweet and savoury options, the new Weekend Brunch is the perfect way to enjoy a leisurely afternoon in one of London’s most prestigious postcodes.
