Cabo Verde Airlines Receives Third Aircraft in New Livery

Cabo Verde Airlines, the national carrier of Cape Verde Island, has received its third aircraft in its new livery, a Boeing 757-200 with registration D4-CCH.

The aircraft named “Fontainhas” arrived Amílcar Cabral International Airport, Sal Cabo Verde in the morning of 17 December, 2019. The aircraft went into service the same day.

“Fontainhas” is configured with a total of 196 seats including 16 business class seats and 180 seats in the economy class.

The colours of Cabo Verde Airlines new livery were inspired by the natural landscapes of the island of Santo Antão. The new livery reflects the gentle mix of the people, the houses and the Cape Verdean culture.

With the arrival of the new aircraft, Cabo Verde Airlines now has 8 aircraft including five Boeing 757-200, one Boeing 737 and one ATR. The airline plans to receive one more Boeing 757 by the end of January 2020.

The airline currently flies to 16 domestic and international destinations including Washington, Boston, Lagos, Dakar, Rome, Milan, Amsterdam, Salvadore, Recife, Fortaleza, Lisbon and Paris.
