Ghana's Africa World Airlines has partnered with leading coffee shop brand, vida e caffè, to enhance passengers's experience with the introduction of new catering options. From Monday, 9 December 2019, passengers on domestic flights within Ghana can pre-purchase snacks and drinks prepared by Vida e Caffe via flyAfricaWorld.com. Passengers can then collect their purchases at the Vida e Caffe store at Accra Terminal 2 departures before their flights. This new partnership between Africa World Airlines and Vida e Caffe will give travellers the flexibility of choosing and consuming their refreshments at the departure airport. This service will initially be pioneered for domestic flights departing from Kotoka International Airport's Terminal 2, but is planned to be rolled out in other markets in due course. The menu is available to pre-order up to 24 hours prior to departure, and will feature a special selection of sandwiches, as well as a choice of selected hot drinks and juices from the Vida e Caffe menu. Africa World Airlines is a private airline based in Accra. It started operations in 2012 and now operates a fleet of 8 jet aircraft across 9 destinations throughout Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia and Sierra Leone; with services to Cote D’lvoire planned to commence shortly.
