Air France and Hertz have entered into a new partnership aimed at offering Air France customers an exceptional service, called Hertz DriveU, a private chauffeur service. A tailor-made service, easy to use and accessible to all Air France customers and Flying Blue members can now enjoy the Hertz DriveU service: a transfer service with a private driver from their departure point to the airport and from their arrival airport to their final destination.

The transfer is made by sedan (Standard, Premium, Luxury) or by van to and from more than 300 airports in over 70 countries.   This new service is, for example, offered at a fixed rate of €62 including tax for a trip between Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport and Paris in a Standard sedan, and will earn customers 148 Flying Blue Miles.   No more waiting in line for a taxi or the stress of a chauffeur who's already left. At the airport, customers are welcomed up to 90 minutes - depending on the vehicle's category - after flight arrival by a dedicated chauffeur, equipped with a tablet in the traveller's name.  This service can be booked up to 3 hours before the transfer at airfrance.hertzdriveu.com and is available for all Air France customers and Flying Blue members. It can also be booked by calling the telephone number dedicated to La Première customers up to 24 hours before the transfer. In addition, for every euro spent excluding tax, customers who are members of the Flying Blue loyalty programme earn 3 Miles.
