Air Italy has been rated as a 2020 Four Star Global Airline in the annual APEX Official Airline Ratings, as voted for by passengers, making it the only Four Star rated airline in Italy.

The award was presented by APEX, the Airline Passenger Experience Association, the world’s second largest aviation association comprised of the world’s leading airlines and industry suppliers.

Air Italy achieved four out of a possible five stars in the global customer ranking for overall flight experience, which is based on more than 1,000,000 flights being rated by passengers covering nearly 600 airlines.

Air Italy’s investments in product, service, and style enabled a passenger ratings surge this year as they rapidly ascended to become a 2020 Four Star Major Airline.

APEX applauds Air Italy's accomplishment to become one of a single digit percentage of airlines worldwide to reach this mark from APEX’s collected verified, validated, and certified passenger ratings across 1.4 million flights worldwide rating nearly 600 airlines.

The diploma Four Star Global Airline status by APEX means Air Italy is the only Italian airline rated as Four Star.
