South African Airways Suspends Flights to Dakar, Senegal

South African Airways will temporarily suspend flight services between Johannesburg and Blaise Diagne International Dakar in Senegal, with effect from 5th September 2019.

According to the airline, it's now examining possible new opportunities to connect Dakar and Johannesburg via Accra, Ghana through its codeshare partnership with Africa World Airline.

Ticketed customers travelling between Johannesburg and Washington DC via Dakar and those travelling between Johannesburg and Dakar, will be re-routed or re-accommodated.
