Paolo will be joining The First Bar team for a spectacular night of cocktails at Tuesday, August 6, 2019 alongside Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence and the First Nile Boat’s mixologists.

Curating his very own cocktail menu for the event, Paolo will be bringing his signature culinary flair to the crafted menu. Serving up to four different locally-inspired cocktails including Cairo Sunrise, made up of dark rum, grapefruit cordial and coffee bitter.
