A Peep Into The Culinary Boat by Four Seasons Hotel Cairo

Food lovers who happen to find themselves in Egypt now have a stylish new way to dine and wine in the Egyptian capital city of Cairo, thanks to the First Nile Boat by Four Seasons Hotel.

Located at the widest part of the west banks of the Nile, opposite Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, the First Nile Boat is set to be Cairo’s newest trendy culinary and lifestyle location.

Accessible from the Nile Street, the First Nile Boat offers a perfect blend of textures, light and dark hues of the genuine teak wood floor, modern light fixtures and wall fittings that warmly welcome everyone into this uncompromising world that exudes luxury, taste and lifestyle.

There are two restaurants including Xodó which is located on the ground floor, and offers the best Brazilian ambience and carnivore-based menu in Cairo, while Nairu serves some of the most exotic cuisines of Asia.

Xodó’s interiors feature teak wood adorning the floors and walls, giving the restaurant a rich and warm ambience. An open mise-en-place greets guests as they enter the bar area where they can sip on the best signature Brazilian cocktails while enjoying the panoramic view of the Nile.

Guests can walk into Nairu and get greeted by a richly-coloured, teak-wood doorway and patterned floor that, during the day, perfectly complements the light and airy atmosphere from the guests' panoramic Nile view.

Featuring an 8-seat robatayaki station, Naru offers dishes grilled to perfection. At the opposite side of the restaurant, guests can watch as sushi chefs masterfully create some of the most original, vivid and luscious sushi plates in Cairo.

Naru offers some of Asia’s most exotic cuisines. Signature dishes include the bao buns, steamed soft buns glazed with soy lemongrass beef short ribs and chili pickles; coconut curry tumeric chicken etc.

The First Nile Boat is now open for reservations: call Xodó on +20 2 35671870 and Nairu on +20 2 3567 1890.
