Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet will host Beer & Burger nights every Tuesday and Thursday beginning in June at its iconic A’YA Rooftop Lounge.

On these themed nights, large portions of a variety of burgers prepared by the brilliant culinary team of the Hotel will appeal to different tastes.

The dry aged beef burger, with homemade salsa and brioche will be served with truffle oil criss-cross fries. Coleslaw will accompany the Argentinean burgers alongside curly fries flavoured with the chef’s spices to delight the palates.

The menu will also feature a vegetarian option, the oriental mixed veggie burger served with mint, lemon, tahini sauce and caesar salad on the side. The Beer & Burger menu will be available every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 to 10:00 pm throughout the summer.

The entertaining performance of Purple Hand Band, with dynamic and modern covers of some of the most loved songs, will spice up the exclusive atmosphere of A’YA Rooftop Lounge twice a week. The group will perform every Wednesday and Thursday.

The specially crafted summer cocktails as well as all-time classics will enhance this delightful experience.
