Virgin Atlantic Doubles Indian Routes with New Service to Mumbai

Virgin Atlantic is relaunching flights between London Heathrow and Mumbai, India with effect from 27th October 2019, doubling its service to India. The airline also flies to Delhi.

The Mumbai flights will be operated by a Boeing 787-9 aircraft offering the airline’s award-winning Upper Class, Premium and Economy Light, Classic and Delight cabins.

Passengers on the service will enjoy Virgin Atlantic's on-board services including complimentary food, drink, over 300 hours of entertainment across films, TV, music channels and Wi-Fi.

The new Mumbai flights marks Virgin Atlantic’s third new route announcement this year. Flights to Tel Aviv, Israel will commence in September 2019, and São Paulo, Brazil starting in 2020.

Together with partner Delta Air Lines, Virgin Atlantic offers customers unrivalled choice of U.S destinations with over 28 daily flights between London and the USA.
