With more than 15 years of unrivalled experience in various prominent destinations, restaurants and luxury hotels, Giuseppe will be taking Vivo restaurant into a unique Italian voyage of flavors that will produce taste sensations and delight the palates of its guests.

Born in Bologna, Italy, Giuseppe discovered his culinary passion in his grandmother’s kitchen when he was only 18 years old. His appointment brings enormous impact to Vivo, as he brings the finest Italian ingredients, creating mouthwatering rustic Italian authentic dishes.

Giuseppe has introduced a drastic change to the restaurants’ menu offering a selection of Italian classics along with seasonal favorites, using the finest and freshest ingredients cooked with passion, precision and artistry to bring together a work of art on each dish.
