The pairing of food and wine takes centre stage at The Palazzo at Montecasino for one elegant, exclusive event each month as a selection of fine wines from a leading wine estate are paired with a multi-course menu.

Presented by Tsogo Sun’s sommelier, Miguel Chan, and The Palazzo’s executive chef, Gareth Jordaan, the perfect combination of elements takes place in the exquisite setting of The Palazzo’s Rosa.

On 30 May, Palazzo Wine Evening Dinner will feature Warwick Wine Estate, on the slopes of Simonsberg in Stellenbosch. The farm is renowned for its range of wines, focusing on premium Bordeaux varieties.

A variety of their wines will be paired with a five course dinner, and Cellarmaster JD Pretorius will join Miguel Chan in the presentation. The dinner will end with three exclusive Grand Cru coffees – Lungo from Guatemala, Espresso from Brazil and Ristretto from India.
