Upgrades are subject to seat availability and apply only on one direction. The daily free upgrade raffle winners will be communicated within 48 hours of their flight departure. For upgrade awards from the United Kingdom there is additional charge of GBP70.00 (airport tax) to fly business class. Winner shall cover the cost of this additional airport tax.
